Logos Holdings Ltd. (DBA Samsonite Canadian Greetings) was established in Vancouver, BC, in 1979. For the recent two decades, we have become a prestigious and trustworthy luggage retail dealer with a large customer base in the Metro Vancouver Area by providing high-quality luggage products and travel accessories from industry-leading manufacturers and customer-centred sales and post-sales services.

Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Associate Wholesale Manager to join us.

**Job Duties**:

- Assisting in planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of the wholesale department.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Managing and overseeing the team of wholesale sales representatives, providing guidance, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Assisting in determining the range of merchandise and services to be offered to wholesale clients, considering market demands and profitability.
- Supporting in establishing pricing policies, discounts, and credit terms for wholesale customers, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborating with vendors and negotiating agreements to procure merchandise for wholesale distribution, ensuring favourably terms and maintaining good relationships.
- Contributing to developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business and increase brand visibility.
- Assisting in budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing revenue reports to ensure profitability and financial objectives are met.
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Supporting in recruiting, training, and developing the wholesale sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:
l Completion of secondary school is required

l A minimum of two years’ experience in wholesale sales or a related field is preferred

l Experience in wholesale management is an asset

l Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills

l Ability to work both independently and cooperatively

l Well-organized, leadership, and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
