**SUMMARY**
The International Mobility Advisor will work with the International Talent Team and Human Resources Business Partners in the Ontario plants to ensure that our internationally recruited employees are well supported throughout the work permit process and relocation.
Located in Cornwall or Brockville, the consultant will be called upon to visit, on occasion, the communities where we receive foreign workers (Brockville, Cornwall and Hawkesbury).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advise and guide employees from international recruitment in their relocation;
- Work closely with HR managers and business partners to ensure the successful integration and retention of our foreign workers;
- Organize and/or deliver workshops on culture shock, cultural differences, cost of living, etc. ;
- Conduct follow-ups with existing employees;
- Actively participate in the retention of new employees with the HR team;
- Participate in the selection of foreign workers;
- Contribute to the improvement of processes related to the acquisition of international talent;
- Participate in various projects with the Human Resources team.
**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Membership in the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants - a plus;
- Experience in talent attraction or international recruitment - an asset;
- Excellent writing skills in English;
- Ability to communicate fluently in French, Spanish and/or Portuguese, both orally and in writing (asset);
- Integrity and good judgment;
- Good priority management, organizational skills and autonomy
- Availability to stay in other locations where we have plants: Cornwall, Hawkesbury and Brockville.
