We are on a transformative journey, and we're on the lookout for a Change Management Advisor (Intermediate) to join our team. As a key player in our ambitious projects, you'll partner with leaders and stakeholders to prioritize people, process, and technology changes across various transformational initiatives.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Internal Consultation & Business Partnership:
Be the trusted advisor supporting the business in change management needs.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop comprehensive change management plans, ensuring impactful stakeholder engagement.
Integrate change management deliverables into project planning and execution.
- Communications:
Strategically plan and execute communications to support end users.
Collaborate with the internal Communication team for effective distribution.
- Learning and Support:
Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans.
Reinforce adoption through post-implementation support and performance monitoring.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
Degree in business administration, management, human resources, or related field.

3-5 years of change management experience.

Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.

Proven ability to influence and articulate ideas effectively.

High degree of autonomy and flexibility in complex business environments.

Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.

Familiarity with project management approaches and Microsoft 365 tools.
