**We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager** who’s equal parts relationship-builder, strategist, and problem-solver. You’ll act as the key point of contact for assigned clients — building trust, guiding project execution, and ensuring that our work is always on-brand, on-brief, and on-time.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life, keep programs running smoothly, and help shape the future of how our clients show up in the world.

**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, feedback, and approvals
- Understand each client’s brand, voice, business goals, and category dynamics
- Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with the PM
- Translate client needs into clear direction for creative, strategy, and production teams
- Prepare and present campaign briefs, creative decks, and reporting documents
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value, grow accounts, and deepen relationships
- Track campaign performance and support reporting with insights and recommendations
- Contribute to new business proposals and creative brainstorms
- Be a trusted advisor to clients — reliable, strategic, and in-tune with their evolving needs

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
- 3+ years of agency experience in account management or client services
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — you're confident leading a call or a room
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and fast-moving projects
- Strategic mindset with an eye for great creative
- Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by results
- Experience in CPG, alcohol, cannabis, or lifestyle categories is a bonus

**Bonus Points**
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (social, digital, experiential, etc.)
- Strong copywriting or creative brief writing skills
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
- An existing network of industry contacts or influencers is a plus
