**Job description**

We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our manufacturing operations.

**Duties**

Manage project timelines for individual assembly and equipment automation projects. Assume a significant role in overseeing all projects. Supervise the various stages of project delivery, starting from design/concept to fabrication and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all phases of project delivery, including design, concept, fabrication, and execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers, addressing project requirements and ensuring clear communication.
- Conduct on-site management, planning, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly production meetings.
- Support research and development projects as needed.
- Collaborate with purchasers, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
- Provide regular progress reports and timelines to customers and managers.
- Ensure all onsite work adheres to safety codes and regulations.
- Assist design teams and other Project Managers with project-related issues.
- Help prepare quotations for potential new projects.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or automation industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry codes and standards.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Automation Industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
