We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our manufacturing operations.

Duties

Manage project timelines for individual assembly and equipment automation projects. Assume a significant role in overseeing all projects. Supervise the various stages of project delivery, starting from design/concept to fabrication and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of project delivery, including design, concept, fabrication, and execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers, addressing project requirements and ensuring clear communication.
  • Conduct on-site management, planning, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly production meetings.
  • Support research and development projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with purchasers, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Provide regular progress reports and timelines to customers and managers.
  • Ensure all onsite work adheres to safety codes and regulations.
  • Assist design teams and other Project Managers with project-related issues.
  • Help prepare quotations for potential new projects.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or automation industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry codes and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
