**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives from inception to completion.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to project specifications.
- Oversee IT project management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation.
- Utilize Project Server for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Drive product development initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Employ time management techniques to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Create detailed project documentation using tools such as Visio for process mapping.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, and team management.
- Proficiency in using Project Server, SharePoint, Visio, and other project management tools.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Pay: $44.37-$47.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
