**What you will do**:
Under the general direction of and reporting to an Associate Dean in the Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness, the incumbent will be a registered healthcare professional who supports students, faculty and staff in the pre-placement process for work integrated learning (WIL) courses in several programs. The incumbent provides comprehensive guidance to students through class visits, workshops, one-on-one appointments and online modules to prepare them to meet the requirements for participation in work integrated learning. Information is collected and recorded to support the WIL processes and to ensure that students remain in compliance with the requirements outlined in the affiliation agreements for each specific work site. Examples include reviewing immunization records and immunization status, reviewing vulnerable sector police record checks and conducting N95 mask fit testing. The incumbent will work closely with the Work Integrated Learning Officers and will conduct their work in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**
- 2 Year Diploma or equivalent in Practical Nursing
- Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

**Experience**

Minimum of three years that includes:

- Work as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Maintaining electronic health records.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork, including presentation skills.
- Efficient use of digital tools: Microsoft 365, Learning Management Software etc.
- Initiative and timeline planning.
