**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for defining, developing and/or refining learning strategies, programs, curriculum, and processes for the North America organization. Implement learning programs that will drive desired results.
- Responsible for the content development of internal learning solutions - May include, but not limited to self-directed, instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT)
- Conduct needs analysis, scoping and consulting with stakeholders, providing design input, managing delivery, and the evaluation of L&D content
- Measure the impact of various learning programs to ensure the appropriate business and learning outcome is derived.
- Assess opportunities for continued improvement, set goals and establish metrics for success.
- Support the creation of a portfolio of learning programs and training paths
- Support the change management efforts for new and sustained learning programs
- Build strong relationships with internal partners including the global L&D team to support the broader learning and people agenda.
- Facilitate training content virtually and in-person to all levels of the organization
- Host meetings and presentations to key stakeholders on learning programs and solutions
- Work cross-functionally to develop L&D programs and advise on relevant learning methods fit for purpose, through continuous development and innovation of our global learning approaches and training methods.
- Proactively identify ways to optimize training processes and deliverables

**Education & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Learning Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience designing and developing blended learning programs - self-directed, instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT)
- Project management experience in a global organization, having partnered across multiple functions and regions to support a variety of training needs at once.
- Experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects
- Experience with authoring tools (such as Articulate, Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred) used to create high-quality learning materials.
- Experience writing clear, compelling, and concise training content. Content focused on sales, manufacturing, and leadership development programs is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse types of learners across career stages
- Experience creating learning metrics aligned with program and company objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts.
- Experience working with and managing external vendors
- Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities
- Passion to create a world-class learning & development culture
