LMS & Learning and Development Specialist

We’re building our _Learning and Development _team and are looking for a LMS (Learning Management System) & Learning Specialist. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll support Give and Go’s digital learning strategy through the implementation, management, and optimization of the LMS and online learning content, and the design, development and curation of workplace learning that grows employee capability and meets business KPIs.

**What You Will Get to Do**:

- Support the creation and execution of the LMS and online learning implementation project and change plans
- Lead the configuration, implementation, testing and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) including, but not limited to, hierarchy, personas, permissions, curriculum and program structure and reporting
- Write and maintain LMS technical procedures, policy documentation and user Training
- Create dashboards to provide insights on utilization, learner behavior and trends and provides recommendations on increasing usage and optimization
- Support LMS administration for Give and Go users
- Leverage the LMS to meet the organization’s needs which may include responsibilities such as setting up courses, creating learning paths, running reports, analyzing data, managing rosters, and maximizing the effective use of all aspects of LMS functionality
- Conduct learning needs analysis, scoping, and consulting with stakeholders, providing design input, managing delivery, and the evaluation of L&D content
- Design and develop digital, virtual and OTJ training and resources to support operational and corporate learning using a variety of tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Design learning assets such as short videos, podcasts, infographics, andpresentations
- Support the development and maintenance of course templates and style guides
- Use data insights to identify needs and drive learning impact

**Recipe for Success**:

- You are an expert in LMSs, LXPs, and other learning platforms used to support training, assessment, and sustainment
- As a true leader, you can get multiple stakeholders to work together as you lead the implementation of a new LMS across the organization
- You are service-oriented and enjoy making a positive impact on an employee’s learning experience by providing day-to-day LMS user support. You have direct experience with LMS management, administration, and support for 2 years or more.
- Technology trouble-shooter is one of the many hats you wear, and you can manage glitches before they become issues
- You enjoy creating and managing projects and change plans
- You are experienced at assessing learning needs, and designing training and resources to support operational and corporate learning
- You are an experienced eLearning designer who has a passion for learning and building programs from the ground up. You know your way around a variety of tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- It is a part of who you are to identify process improvements and tools/platform that would improve the digital learning experience for our users; you stay up to date in the field of digital learning
- College or University degree preferred with education in adult learning, technical, communication, organizational development, or human resources
