Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders and reporting to the Regional Vice President, Strategic Projects, you will excel by providing best-in-class insights and data and have a proven track record of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to collect, analyze, and distill key data into meaningful insights and present findings and recommendations to manager.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and prioritize workload accordingly.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to track progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and peers to assist in the organization, data collection, and execution of critical projects.
- Ability to articulate and present data verbally and in document form.
- Attend meetings and working committees as directed.
- Create strong relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering is preferred and/or 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management or Business Analyst role.
- Sound judgement; well-developed interpersonal and oral and written communication skills; proven organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and model data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases are not required but would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the project management processes is an asset.
- Adaptable and flexible to an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually, analyze data, consider relevant issues, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Strong interpretation skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of management.
- Experience working with software and systems such as Salesforce, Quickbase, Viewpoint, or Hyperion are not required but would be an asset.
