We are hiring for a full time customer service representative at our rapidly growing diesel parts ecommerce business

Job duties include but not limited to:

- answering phone calls
- Following up with VIP customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
- Following up with purchase orders and picking up necessary parts from local vendors as required
- managing office supplies and stock of shipping materials
- overseeing website stock levels and adjusting prices as necessary
- responding to customer complaints and returns
- Monitoring and managing customer reviews and responding on google, website, and other platforms as necessary
- Keeping track of office expenses and organizing documents as needed

**Salary**: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
