Your Role
As our Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a first impression that sets our team up for success. Your day will include:
- Answering calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our plumbing team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Providing clear, friendly support to customers, guiding them through services.
- Offering administrative and organizational support to help keep our operations on track.
- Working closely with field technicians to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Experience in customer service or office administration (bonus if it's in a trades or service environment).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software and email tools (we'll train you on ours).
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine care for customers.
- Bonus: Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend work. Our schedule is somewhat negotiable.
