Maple Ridge, Canada Epic Homes Full time

Epic Homes is growing, and we are looking for a **Customer Care Representative**to join our team to help us sell a new 750 home master-planned community in Maple Ridge.

In this role you will be able to interact with our customers and subtrades daily based out of our office in Maple Ridge. Your success will have a direct impact not only for the customers you serve, but also

the success of the community you work in, resulting in rewarding outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting a turnover on each unit from our construction teams to Sales & Marketing
- Managing Customer Relationships to live out our Brand Promise of On Your Side
- Coordinating Customer Care during the 2, 5, 10 Warranty Period
- Organizing Trades and Customer Care Technicians to rectify any issues
- Providing status reports on customer care and homeowner orientations weekly to ensure product exceeds our quality standard
- Participate on ongoing training offered to our entire team
- A passion for helping people and finding win win resolutions
- Must be highly detail oriented
- Organizational skills working with Outlook, Excel and Office 365 products
- A passion to work hard to achieve success
- A high standard for quality of homes
- A goal orientated individual that loves to challenge themselves and improve
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
