Right now, we’re looking for a full-time **Customer Service Representative** to join us on the front lines of our operation.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handling general customer inquiries with clarity, kindness, and speed.
- Acting as a communication bridge between our team and our customers.
- Helping customers solve issues — and feel good about it.
- Learning the basics of accounting and bookkeeping (we’ll show you how).

**What You’ll Learn**:

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3J2
