**Who You Are**

You are highly self-motivated with a passion for client service. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, your overall responsibility is for the full lifecycle of client programs, program management, and engagements in order to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on-benefit.

**Highlights of What You’ll Do**
- Act as the primary focal point of contact between the organization and our customer for onboarding, ongoing communications, and strategic planning
- Identify and road-map solutions to achieving increased success for clients
- Educate customers on the entire WPIC offering and new developments to expand the scope of services continually
- Create and implement processes to streamline recurring activities
- Manage client’s expectations, scope of work, and work packages through to end completion
- Manage and effectively communicate with internal, external, and geographically dispersed resources to meet deadlines
- Liaise with the operations team to achieve business objectives, strategic development, and client relationship management
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Support client programs in full, including product scoping, new client onboarding support, and program management

**What You’ll Bring Along**

Must-Haves:

- 3-7 years of previous experience in program management, merchandising, branding, e-commerce management, client services, and/or business consulting
- Demonstrated background in client service work, marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, or brand management
- Ability to communicate with culturally diverse teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal, external, and geographically dispersed resources
- Aptitude for digital tool adoption and process building to enhance efficiency
- Proven drive for results with experience in delivering operational and strategic programs to meet and exceed targets and objectives
- Outstanding ability to communicate confidently in a client-facing environment, verbally and in writing

Nice-to-Haves:

- Agency or professional services experience is an asset
- Experience in managing an e-commerce program is an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
