**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative / Order Desk

**Reports to**:Customer Relations Manager

**Location**:Brantford, ON

**Shift**:8AM-4:30PM

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Perform necessary system transactions accurately in the warehouse management system, including order entry, adjustments, etc.
- Manage back orders.
- Communicating with customers on upcoming shipping requirements.
- Providing carriers with appointments as required.
- Coordinates inventory transfers and shipping opportunities.
- Validating charges on inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Assisting warehouse staff in obtaining information from systems or customers.
- Closely work with the warehouse team regarding inventory management, etc.
- Working collaboratively and sharing responsibilities with other co-workers.
- Attend to duties and projects as assigned by Manager or his/her delegate.
- Assist in customer mailings and other communications as required.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience working with databases is an asset.

**Academic/Education Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**NOTE**: Strong preference for new hires have full series of COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
