Discovery Community College has an opening in our Nanaimo campus for a dynamic individual to join our team in an administrative management role.

This position will be full time and will have a primarily weekdays schedule opening campus at 7:25 am.

**About the job**:

- Manages all Campus and student logístical needs including scheduling
- Safety Coordinator for Campus operations
- Front desk customer service delivery and mentor
- Helping on campaigns for Graduation and Employment Tracking
- In-bound call customer service and general data entry

**About you**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating an administrative workload
- Highly efficient and responsible
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent computer literacy ; experience with Microsoft Teams an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making ability
