PDI Bulk is looking for a **Customer Service Account Representative** for our Guelph location **Why should you work for us?** - Competitive salary - $21.00 per hour to start - A supportive and inclusive work environment - Company team building events - We are committed to meeting all Health & Safety requirements for our employees to ensure they are kept safe by providing a safe work environment, training, and following proven protocols. - Group insurance benefits, including health, dental, and vision **Key Responsibilities**: - Process orders in a fast-paced environment. - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability. - Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs. - Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks. - 3 years of customer service experience preferred. - Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred. - MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset - Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively. - Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write) **Shift Hours**: - 8:30am-5:00pm - Monday-Friday (Subject to change) **About PDI Bulk**: PDI is a privately-owned full-service bulk trucking company with diversification in logistics solutions. We operate rail to bulk truck trans-loading terminals, warehousing, and packaging facilities in all key markets across Canada with a North American delivery scope. PDI offers a wide variety of supplemental services such as blending, silo storage, land tank storage, screening, container, and tank washes, etc. We are Canada’s one stop shop for the Polymer, Chemical, and Food industries.
