**What will you be doing?**

The Corporate Accounting Associate works within Procurement Support and is responsible for maintaining sufficient stock levels by identifying inventory needs, submitting purchase orders/payments to vendors, and loading the codes received into our system, as well as serves as office support to the office in general.

**Stand out and stay on track**:

- Forecasts Ecert inventory requirements on a weekly basis.
- Prepare weekly (or twice weekly) order request and submit to Manager for approval.
- Prepare and submits purchase orders.
- Requests payments to vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to receive and load codes.
- Load codes as received in a timely fashion.
- Update POs for received codes.
- Track POs outside expected timelines.
- Coordinate with Merchandising about new Vendors, products, prices and any problems or issues related to obtaining stock.
- Review month end Ecert reconciliation and correct any issues identified.
- Responds to Client Care inquiries about invalid codes, or out of stock.
- Approves and processes special orders (Kantar Global Hub) of codes.
- Work with IT to fix any code errors not otherwise resolved.
- Maintains office supplies by placing needed orders for all departments.
- Checks and distributes mail daily.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Organizes or assists in organization of company meetings and events.
- Coordinates use of company facilities.
- Serves as liaison to building maintenance.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by assisting in other duties as assigned.
- Prepares external checks.

- Degree in Finance.
- Previous Accounting and/or procurement experience.
- Attention to detail and proficient in analyzing information.
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- PC Proficiency to include, Outlook, Excel, Word, Netsuite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent math skill aptitude.
- Prefer experience in working with multiple currencies.
