These infrastructure networks include hundreds of thousands of miles of pavements, thousands of bridges, and millions of wastewaters, storm water, and fresh water distribution pipe assets.

**Position Overview**
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of approved invoices in Business Central (accounting system).
- Reconciles vendor statements, maintains vendor accounts and follows-up with invoice discrepancies; generates payments to vendors by following established procedures.
- Monitors Accounts Payable inbox daily.
- Collects and records all expense re-imbursements.
- Reconciles and records the company credit cards via SAP Concur.
- Provides back up for the payroll function.
- Prepares and posts journal entries, month end reports and reconciles them to the General Ledger. 8. Assists with annual audits as required.
- Performs clerical duties including uploading backups in the accounting system and SharePoint, scanning invoices that come in the mail.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience in an accounts payable function, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to function as part of a team.
- Sound computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics - Business Central and SAP Concur would be a strong asset.
- Demonstrates good judgement and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines all the while being detailed-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and complete work with a high degree of accuracy, judgement, and integrity.
