**Position: Industrial Parts Sales Representative**
**Department: Production Support**
Reporting to the Manager Spare Parts and Production Support Services, you will be responsible for proactively servicing Raute customers by developing, generating and completing spare parts sales orders for North American customers. This role can have a hybrid working condition of performing the tasks from our offices in Delta and/or remotely working from home. This role has the potential to evolve to call upon offsite locations, performing customer site visits in the Pacific Northwest region.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop Parts sales by fostering excellent customer service while actively managing all customer requirements and issues,
- Complete sales cycle from receiving quotation inquiries to following up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications as required,
- Track customer inquiries, collecting feedback with every point of contact to proactively pursue sales opportunities,
- Cultivate strong customer relations with clients, and coordinating and following up with any issues with the Customer Service Manager as required,
- Meet and exceed growth sales targets,
- Continual update of knowledge through education workshops and reviewing technical publications.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Education and/or experience with technology combined with familiarity in design and estimating,
- Familiarity of components associated with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems,
- At least 3+ years of working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred,
- Experience working with wood processing machinery an asset,
- ERP systems experience preferred,
- Must meet all Health and Safety standards and lift a minimum of 20kg,
- Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license.
