Sales Assistant

West Coast Floral is seeking an individual to add to our sales team. West Coast is a family run business with a strong team that prides itself on being at the forefront on the trends with a very high level of customer service. Our sales team sell to a wide range of customers from small florists to large Garden Centers all the way up the largest Grocers.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out clerical duties such as customer service and admin
- Order and data entry
- Reporting to the Key Account Manager

Qualifications for position
- Experience in a sales related role.
- Must have strong Microsoft excel skills.
- Experience working in Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Can interact well with customers and has a customer first mentality.
- Strong time management skills, problem solving skills,
- Strong communication and an impeccable attention to detail
- Experience within the horticulture industry is an asset.

Education
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred

Hours
- Full Time 40 hours per week position
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Compensation
- 50-55k depending on experience
