**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Help manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate daily sales operations, including tracking sales performance and reporting metrics.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior sales staff as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales team members.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with brand strategy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting sales revenue under the direction of the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to assist in planning and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a sales team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed (if applicable to your industry).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
