**The Role**

collaborating daily with our production team.

**A Day in the Life**
- Design, develop, document, and maintain test strategy, test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and QA best practices
- Collaborate with the development team, review stories in upcoming sprints and plan test scenarios
- Identify, record and document bugs in Jira
- Assist and support business users in User Acceptance test design, planning and execution
- Perform thorough regression testing after each deployment to client systems
- Provide timely, concise test progress /status reports to internal stakeholders
- Participate in meetings to review release plans, and identify project roadblocks
- Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goal

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related fields
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance testing and experience implementing medium to large software solutions with clear understanding the Software Development Life Cycle
- 5+ years of experience in analyzing business processes and assessing overall solution complexity, time and effort required to support project managers to meet project requirements and timelines
- Excellent technical writing skills with demonstrated knowledge/experience with various analysis and techniques to write detailed specifications and requirements for software development
- Strong problem-solving and management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in supporting project management
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
- Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferred
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence
- Access to a vehicle and located within the GTA
- Ability to attend client visits in-person

**Schedule**
- Standard business hours (avg. 37.5 - 40.0 hr / week)
- Hybrid Work Model
- Monday to Friday
