**JOB SUMMARY**

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System Requirements are met and are aligned with regulatory and customer specifications. This individual is responsible for managing the organizations quality assurance policies. Also responsible for establishing performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in order to meet business requirements. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations is also of major importance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH PERFORMING THE JOB**
- This position is the Management Representative for AS 9100 and as such, has responsibility and authority for:
1. Ensuring that Printable Circuit Board (PCB) processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained

2. Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement

3. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, and

4. The organizational freedom and unrestricted access to top management to resolve quality management issues
- Responsible to customers’ requests for corrective actions as required
- Responsible for hosting customer visits and audits as required
- Responsible for the collection, input, maintenance, storage and/or retrieval of appropriate quality management system records
- Provides leadership developing and directing quality improvement initiatives for company products and services
- Monitor quality system and advise executive team on system performance
- Perform QA Audits that are compliant with company policies, procedures, and practices
- Collaborate with client-facing QA representative to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Act as liaison with customer auditors
- Create and maintain QA control documentation
- Identify relevant QA training needs
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PEFORM THE JOB**
- 5-6 years experience in manufacturing workshop Printable Circuit Boards (PCB) a must
- Engineering university degree or equivalent
- Continuous upgrading of PWB specification
- Proven superior abilities in problem solving, communication (reading, writing), decision making, leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFORT REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB**
- Duties can vary throughout each day as can the physical and mental efforts required to accomplish the tasks
- Frequent periods of intense concentration and constant attention to detail are required in checking and verifying information
- Ability to perform tasks successfully often with numerous interruptions and competing demands
- Listening and mental attentiveness is required when obtaining information from customers.
- Must be able to respond quickly to resolve problems and to internally determine requirements involving numerous competing and conflicting deadlines

**WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING THE JOB**
- Works mostly in a climate controlled private office environment
- Occasionally required to travel for company business such as to customers etc.
- Regular overtime is required

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality Assurance: 5 years (preferred)
- PCB: 5 years (preferred)
