Everflow is the SaaS Partner Marketing platform that goes beyond managing affiliates: Track every performance channel, integrate your tech stack and drill down into what delivers ROI.

Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, we are based in San Francisco, Montreal and London with a distributed team across the US, Europe and Asia.

With clients including direct advertisers, agencies and innovative startups, we have quickly become a market leader in this space. We are looking for a motivated team member to spearhead our publisher development efforts and develop their vision to eventually grow this essential team.

**The Role**

In addition to being extremely customer facing, this role calls for working collaboratively with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams. The key goal is to organize customer needs in alignment with company strategy to help refine the roadmap and support the launch of new products and the evolution of existing ones. The ability to research and understand the market, the competitive landscape and exploring new technologies and opportunities will be a vital asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect and validate customer and market input through all channels to create product requirements that reflect market needs and Everflow’s strategic vision
- Manage product roadmaps and timelines and help define release cycles
- Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Support development teams in creating detailed engineering requirements down to the individual feature level
- Conduct quarterly reviews with enterprise clients in addition to regular customer facing activities to ensure close alignment between market needs and Everflow’s platform capabilities
- Support product training and sales activities.
- Understand and maintain an up to date competitive matrix of the industry.
- Must be able to travel to Montreal in Québec, Canada to work directly with the Engineering team once a quarter.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of Product Management experience required.
- SaaS and Digital Marketing experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in public facing environments.
- Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
- Technical proficiency to successfully partner with engineering in the build out of our products.
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- High proficiency in English

**Compensation**
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD
- Bonus Potential
