**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Office Administration**:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various reports and documentation.
**Support to Team Members**:
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and training schedules.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist visiros and tenants, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries and issues from clients and employees.
**Assistant Property Management**:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and repairs, working with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
- Help manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and management of property budgets and financial reports.
- Support leasing activities, including showing properties to prospective tenants and processing lease agreements.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Experience in real estate development or construction industry is an advantage but not required.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
