You will report to our General Manager in Canada. You have the flexibility to work in the office, fully remote, or a hybrid. Some travel is required, mostly within Canada and the occasional trip to the US for industry trade shows or training. Most in-person calls are within Ontario. Your role will focus on a couple of large established accounts, managing their current business with us and finding opportunities to grow. Your assigned customers in this territory may include contract foodservice management and quick service chains. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and cultivate corporate, mid-level and site level relationships with accounts.
- Make site visits. Lead phone or video meetings to better understand customers' needs and provide solutions.
- Help customers roll out opening packages and place refresh orders. Identify opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations. Prepare quotes and work closely with vendors.
- Prepare and present regular corporate level business reviews.
- Analyze sales data, and assess and prepare reports.
- Participate in trade shows
- Leverage marketing resources.
Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years (B2B) sales experience
- Background/Education in design and/or merchandising will be a great asset
