Sales Development Representative

**Why This Role Matters**
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be navigating organizations to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. We strive towards providing a best in class sales experience for our prospective customers, and you would be the first voice they hear from Positrace.
**Who You Are**
You're a resilient and energetic communicator with a knack for striking up conversations and turning cold leads into warm prospects. You're not deterred by rejection; instead, you see it as just another step toward success. Highly organized and focused, you manage your tasks efficiently, ensuring that no lead slips through the cracks. With a strong focus on hitting the phones and making things happen, you're quick to engage, persistent in your follow-up, and relentless in your pursuit of results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
- Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Reschedule/follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur
**KPIs You'll Own**
- 40 appointment sets per month
- 20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) per month
- 80 calls per day
**Qualifications**
- Impeccable communication skills
- Native-level command of both written and spoken English
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to handle rejection and the capacity to move forward
- Track record of exceeding KPI targets
- Previous cold-calling experience
- Coachability and a team-focused mindset
- Hubspot experience will be an advantage
