**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide services that exceed expectations for maximum customer satisfaction and retention
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards consistently meet or exceed client expectations
- Oversee completion of all administrative responsibilities at the commencement of each new contract
- Manage mobile vehicle fleet operations, consisting of over 50 vehicles
- Supervise mobile security teams, ensuring proper deployment and performance
- Maintain oversight of all communication devices and systems
- Supervise Operations Coordinators and address issues escalated by operations coordinators
- Provide support to Operations Coordinator role as needed
- Conduct regular site visits and report findings to the Director of Commercial Accounts
- Quickly identify client needs and site requirements, implementing immediate corrective actions when necessary
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in managing team members and resolving conflicts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of security supervisor experience (preferably in the commercial sector)
- Valid security license
- Must be 25 years of age or older (for insurability purposes)
- Full G driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Willingness to work flexible hours throughout the week to accommodate business demands

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security Supervisor ( preferably in Commercial Sector ): 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security License (required)
- Class G Licence (required)

**Location**:

- Scarborough, ON M1B 5S3 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)

Work Location: In person
