Standard Auto Wreckers is looking for our next new team member to work as a Dispatch Supervisor for our Green Vehicle Disposal program. As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our towing operations, negotiating pricing, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle pickups and deliveries. You will oversee a team of tow operators, work closely with the operations team, and be the central point of contact for all towing-related activities. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and other vendors and provide exceptional service
- Supervise and manage a team of tow operators
- Resolve any issues related to towing, including delays, accidents or miscommunications
- Monitor vehicle conditions, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with tow truck operators to schedule pick ups and ensure timely service
- Document report and file paperwork accordingly
- Gather necessary information from callers to determine service needs
- Monitor truck movements and activity through GPS mapping program
- Must have experience with Excel, and Windows
- Maintain and record cash floats for all tow operators
- Communicate with customer and service teams to address concerns or requests

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, customer service or other related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of safety and legal regulations related to towing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cars, including understanding of vehicle types and mechanical issues
- Knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Valid Driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
