With a rapidly growing team of over 140 talented individuals, located at offices in Halifax, Mississauga and various remote locations throughout Canada, we are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of **Vendor & Partner Programs Manager - IT Reseller**.

Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Vendor & Partner Programs Manager is responsible for managing all operational and compliance aspects of Tier 1 manufacturer relationships. This role ensures the company meets vendor program requirements, maintains certifications, maximizes rebates and incentives, and effectively manages MDF and partner benefits. The position plays a critical role in protecting margin, maintaining partner status, and enabling scalable growth through disciplined vendor governance.

**What You Will Do**:
**Vendor Program & Compliance Management**- Manage Tier 1 manufacturer partner program requirements, including tier status, compliance obligations, and annual renewals. - Ensure compliance with revenue thresholds, certification requirements, deal registration rules, and reporting obligations. - Monitor vendor policy changes and assess business impact.

**Certifications & Enablement**- Track and maintain required vendor certifications across sales, technical, and engineering teams. - Coordinate certification planning, renewals, audits, and training schedules. - Identify certification gaps and work with leadership to ensure compliance and readiness.

**Rebates, Incentives & Financial Programs** - Manage vendor rebates, incentives, growth programs, and special pricing structures. - Track, submit, validate, and collect rebate and incentive claims. - Partner with Finance to reconcile payments, accruals, and discrepancies. - Maximize rebate realization and prevent revenue or margin leakage.

**Market Development Funds (MDF)** - Lead MDF planning, budgeting, submission, execution, and post‑campaign reporting. - Ensure MDF activities meet vendor guidelines and documentation requirements. - Partner with Marketing and Sales to align MDF usage with vendor priorities and revenue goals. - Track MDF ROI and ensure timely reimbursement.

**Deal Registration & Pricing Support** - Oversee deal registration processes to ensure compliance and protect opportunities. - Support Sales with pricing approvals, exceptions, and program‑related inquiries. - Serve as the central point of contact for vendor program support and issue resolution.

**Reporting & Governance**- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, program documentation, certifications, and financial benefits. - Develop dashboards and scorecards for compliance, rebates, MDF utilization, and program performance. - Support vendor audits and internal compliance reviews.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-7+ years of experience in vendor management, partner programs, channel operations, or sales operations within the IT industry.Hands-on experience managing Tier 1 manufacturer partner programs, certifications, rebates, and MDF.Strong understanding of IT channel models, vendor compliance frameworks, and incentice structures.High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, and vendor partner portals (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, vendor portals).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in an IT VAR and MSP
- Familiarity with vendor audit processes and compliance reviews.
- Strong financial acumen related to rebates, accruals, and margin optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple vendor programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
