Title: Sales Administrator

**1. Communication and Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, lead times, freight estimates, and expedite requests.
- Handle overflow of incoming calls from customers requesting pricing or technical information.

**2. Order and Payment Processing**:

- Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter the information into company databases.
- Send invoices and collect payments.
- Prepare shipping documents.

**3. Customer Interaction**:

- Meet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Make outgoing calls to customers as directed by sales representatives and/or the sales manager.

**Secondary Responsibilities: Warehouse Coordinator (as needed)**
- Support the warehouse team with loading and unloading slabs when required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
