**Stay22 is a fast-growing startup that helps content creators to better monetize their platform while improving the overall experience of their end users through a different innovative solution that makes it easy to search for travel-related services.** As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a **Sales Development Representative** to join our dedicated team.

**Position**: Sales Development Representative
**Location**:Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid) or Remote with significant experience

**Salary**: $40,000 base salary, $75,000 On Target Earnings (uncapped with accelerators)

**Responsibilities**: As a Sales Development Representative at Stay22, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting outbound prospecting through various channels to identify leads and generate interest in Stay22's offerings.
- Working closely with the lead-generation team on sorting and distributing inbound leads.
- Qualifying leads based on established criteria and setting up appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all interactions in our CRM system (experience with HubSpot is a plus).

**Qualifications**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Multilingual abilities are a strong asset, as we operate internationally.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Quick learner who can adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, is a plus.
- A passion for the travel industry and a desire to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.
