**Metaguest - Account Executive**

We are actively hiring and looking to fill multiple open positions

**Compensation**:
**90-Day Onboarding (Trial) Period**: $40,000 CAD Base + Commission + Bonuses

This is your opportunity to get familiar with our product, hone your sales skills, and start building relationships with our clients while being rewarded for early wins.

**Post-Trial**:$75,000 - $135,000 CAD Base + Commission + Bonuses (OTE $85,000 CAD - $175,000 CAD)

Upon completing the onboarding phase, your base salary is based on the performa of the onboarding period along with the targets you choose moving forward.

- As a true relationship builder, you'll identify new business opportunities, foster partnerships and negotiate win-win campaigns that pave the way for long term success.
- Working closely with our product and design teams, you'll stay ahead of trends and collaborate ideas that resonate with clients evolving needs and challenges.

This is not a remote position, we are not accepting international applicants at this time.

Pay: $75,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
