Extensive related experience in LMS as an administrator and end-user. Proficiency in MS office suite including PPT, Word, Project, Visio & Excel. Proficiency with Support Ticketing systems, working with support environments and IT access tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Self-starter. Can work independently. Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment. Time-management and prioritization skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
MS Office Suite, SharePoint, LMS training (MyLearningLink Session Coordinator), Service Now or other ticketing system training.
