**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage A&C Projects**: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of A&C Canada projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Promotional Planning**: Collaborate with the North American Marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize promotional efforts.
- **Regulatory Coordination**: Work closely with the Corporate Legal Department to ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
- **Compliance Management**: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, proactively monitoring and informing the Corporate Legal Department of upcoming regulatory changes to ensure all marketing activities remain compliant.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Liaise with various departments, including sales, corporate marketing, IT and legal teams, to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and regulatory affairs.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
