Freight Broker/sales Agent

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate rates with carriers to secure profitable business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate shipments and track freight movement
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems for data entry and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage accounts efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
**Skills**:
- Experience in freight, logistics, or sales, loadboards
- Knowledge of 3PL operations
- Proficiency in AS400 or similar transportation management systems
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: $3,200.00-$9,500.00 per month
Additional pay:
