**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and retail sales channels
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual or business clients
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on potential prospects
- Present insurance options clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits and coverage details
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and record keeping
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and competitive landscape

**Qualifications**
- Alberta Insurance Council Level 1 General License (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience is required
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, underwriting rules, products, and coverages
- Experience working with Epic software
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual capabilities, especially Punjabi are highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and market trends
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
