**Job description**

Job Title: Administrative Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to rental agents, including preparing and processing contracts and forms.
- Scan and organize lease contracts for accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate with tenants as needed, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Ensure lease renewals are processed and completed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a strong social media presence to increase engagement and visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bilingual (French and English) **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).**:

- Basic knowledge of social media management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- , real estate, or marketing is a plus but not required.
