**Controller / Chief Financial Officer**

Creative Flooring Solutions is a successful group of companies representing several well-known brands, including Wacky's Flooring, Taylor Flooring, Ralph Connor Co., Provincial Flooring, Hallmark Marine, and Aya Kitchens Atlantic. Based in Dartmouth, NS, the company has retail and commercial operations throughout the Maritimes and in Toronto.

The company is poised for continued growth and is now seeking a seasoned financial professional as Controller / Chief Financial Officer.

**What qualities are needed in this role?**
In this role, you will report directly to the President and CEO and be responsible for providing strong leadership in finance and accounting. Supervising a team of 15 people, including two controllers and managers of inventory and credit, you will oversee all financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, cash management, insurance, risk management, internal controls, taxation, and banking.

You will also participate in the 8-member management committee and serve as the key contact person with the company's external accountants, bankers, lawyers, and insurance and benefits providers.
