**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a full-time **Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist** to join our creative and collaborative team. This role combines hands-on print production with light graphic design support to help deliver high-quality printed materials to offices across Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain wide format printers, digital presses, and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, mounting equipment, etc.)
- Prepare, print, cut, and package materials such as signage, banners, stationery,

and business cards
- Perform quality checks, monitor colour accuracy, and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Prepare print-ready files and assist with file setup using Adobe Creative Suite

(InDesign, Acrobat)
- Collaborate with the design team to manage workflow and prioritize production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized print area, and manage inventory of print supplies
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience operating digital and wide format print production equipment
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Acrobat
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform hands-on production tasks
- Post-secondary education in graphic communications, print technology,

or a related field is an asset

**Compensation & Schedule**
- Full-time, on-site work (Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours)
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience
