Creative Marketing Manager and Print Production

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management and Marketing:

- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform creative decisions.

Video Production and Photography:

- Produce high-quality videos for promotional and branding purposes.
- Participate in on-set photo and video shoots, assisting with setup, teardown, and behind-the-scenes documentation.
- Edit photos and videos for a polished final product.

Screen Printing Pre-Press:

- Receiving phone calls, client support, quoting orders.
- Oversee the pre-press process for screen printing projects.
- Ensure accurate color separation and screen preparation.

Manual Screen Printing:

- Operate manual screen printing equipment for detailed and intricate designs.
- Execute precise and high-quality screen printing on various garments and materials using various standard and specialty inks.

Large Format Printing:

- Operate Mimaki large format printer for various digital printing projects.
- Manage large format cold roll laminator for finishing prints.
- Format files using Adobe Illustrator for print & cut projects.
- Execute printing & cutting of vinyl sticker orders.

Graphic Design and Illustration:

- Design graphics for apparel, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Create original illustrations aligned with the brand's aesthetic.

Retail Sales:

- Assist with retail sales, providing excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of retail spaces.

On-Camera Personality:

- Serve as an on-camera personality for video promotions.
- Showcase products, discuss design concepts, and engage with the audience with humour.
- Proficient in Shopify, managing product listings, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Handle order processing, shipping, and inventory management.

Flexibility and Overtime:

- Be available for flexible working hours at short notice.
- Open to overtime hours during peak times and special events.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms.
- Expertise in screen printing pre-press and manual screen printing.
- Experience with digital printing, Mimaki printers, and large format printing.
- Strong video editing and photo editing skills.
- Comfortable being an on-camera personality with a sense of humor.
- E-commerce skills, including proficiency in Shopify.
- Shipping, order processing, and inventory management experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in social media management and marketing.
- Proven expertise in screen printing processes.
- Experience with video production and photography.
- Detailed knowledge of Streetwear Culture.
- Skateboarding/Video Games/Comic book knowledge.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
