**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain printing equipment (e.g., digital printers, large-format printers, laminators, cutters, personalized gift machines, etc)
- Review and prepare customer files to print; ensure artwork is print-ready and meets technical specifications
- Experience in finishing, printing, cutting, and binding
- Cordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure accurate and timely production
- Perform quality control checks on printed materials to ensure output meets company standards
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product selection, order placement, and general inquiries
- Process online and in-store orders, including file uploads and customer specifications
- Manage stock levels for paper, ink, and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a print production environment
- Proficient in operating digital and large-format print equipment and finishing tools
- Strong understanding of pre-press setup like CMYK colour management, bleed, resolution, file formats, print-ready design standards, and paper material
- Knowledge of various paper types, weights, finishes, and substrates
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Comfortable with lifting boxes or print materials (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5G 1M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- print production: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
