V Migrate Immigration is currently hiring on a vacant job post of Immigration Assistant / Receptionist based in Calgary AB with head office in Surrey BC. Please read the job detail carefully before applying.

**Tasks include the below, but not limited to**:

- File management from start to finish
- Counselling on the Client within the professional scope
- Scheduling Consultation Dates, other appointments etc.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Handling reception, answering phone calls.
- Maintaining in-house correspondence system
- Assist the other Team Members as required
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Detail oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- The ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Willingness to stay Overtime as required
**EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED & CANDIDATES IN AB, CANADA WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
