**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including typing, filing, and data collection.
- Maintain organized records and files to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in data management.
- Conduct routine audits of data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks.
**Skills**
- Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
