We are seeking an experienced **dental office manager** for our established and growing practice, to be the **team leader** and ensure all systems and operations are accounted for. Past experience in dental administration and reception is a must, along with _exceptional customer service and people skills_. We are looking for the "_right fit_" for our office, where trust between the owner and the office manager will be paramount as they will be working very closely to make sure the practice is running seamlessly. You will help lead a very well-trained team in a warm, calm environment. Days worked and hours will be flexible depending on practice needs and compensation will be competitive with possible bonuses depending on the growth of the practice.
