IT Support Technician

For the past decade, Toolbox Cloud has proven itself on being the reliable IT services company for a variety of industries. Being able to implement and support anything from X-ray sensors to firewalls, Windows OS to macOS, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
We pride ourselves in our customer service and ability to respond quickly to resolve any issues for our clients. Providing one contact support for a multitude of technologies makes it easier for our clients to get back to their business operations sooner.
**What we are looking for**
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience administering Windows OS and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with macOS is a plus.
- Experience with antivirus security and cloud backup systems.
- Experience with firewalls, security, and networking.
- Help / Service Desk experience with a Managed Services Provider or similar experience. Experience with RMM and MDM is a plus.
- Maintain, document, and take ownership of service tickets, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Proven strengths in customer service, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to establish a good client rapport.
- Self-starter and able to work with mínimal supervision and to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and positive attitude.
- Post-Secondary education in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 1+ years of experience in client support and help desk administration.
- Valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability for evening and weekend work.
- Work is from home (remote) with few on-site visits to clients, if required.
**Good to have**
- Certifications from Microsoft or other Tier 1 vendors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,328.78-$64,403.13 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:

- Remote access software: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
