**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person, via phone, or remotely
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of daily communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in IT support, computer networking, technical support, and help desk operations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and communicate effectively with users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
